While completing an Executive Education program at The Wharton School of Business, James Sisneros had the idea to instantly connect users across the internet who shared the same interests. James’s background includes, Sales for IBM, leading business development efforts for a number of medical software startups and executive search. James has spoken at national high school conferences about entrepreneurship. A New Mexico native, James is a graduate of St, Pius X High School and The University of New Mexico, He completed IBM Sales School and received a Certificate in Entrepreurship from The Wharton School of Business. James lives in Center City, Philadelphia and has a reputation for working non-stop. With 15 years of experience developing macroeconomic research and quantitative modeling initiatives, Dan’s experience spans both the private and public sectors. Areas of expertise include global macroeconomics, monetary policy, fixed-income markets, cryptocurrency and Block Chain economics, econometrics, and forecasting. He has spent time in the investment management industry, state and local governments as well as consulting with Fortune 500 companies. Dan continues to be active in academia and teach courses in econometrics and forecasting at the University of Colorado Denver, University of Colorado School of Public Health and regularly lectures at the University of Colorado Denver’s JP Morgan Commodities Center.

Amir is a 25-year veteran of the United Nations, and was the UN’s Chief Liaison for Partnerships. As Executive Director of the UN Office for Partnerships, he managed the $1 billion gift by media mogul Ted Turner; and forged strategic alliances to address the Millennium Development Goals. He also set-up and managed the UN Democracy Fund, to strengthen democratic processes in new or restored democracies. Amir spearheaded the UN’s engagement with companies, foundations & civil society across sectors – Education, Health, Technology, Environment, and Peace, Security & Human Rights. Set-up Diaspora Networks for Africa and the Caribbean to promote new investments in the region.

Otha has worked with teachers, principals, educators, and state/district level superintendents around the United States in improving the lives of children and their families. Otha has worked with the White House, the United States Department of Education, the United States Congress, and the Georgia Assembly as an education advocate and has led in shaping state, national, and international education policies and practices. Otha’s most recent endeavors include leading national efforts that resulted in the passage of the Every Student Succeeds Act, and in Georgia, the defeat of the Opportunity School District ballot initiative, where he served as a key planner, organizer, and speaker.
